The Basement Entry Project involved the construction of a new private entrance to an existing residential basement unit. The scope included excavation, structural concrete work, stair construction, roofing, and integration of new door access, all designed to enhance functionality and meet safety and drainage standards.I was responsible for overseeing planning, coordination, and on-site execution. This included managing trades across multiple phases, ensuring structural accuracy, and aligning the new work seamlessly with the existing building, all while maintaining a safe, efficient, and code-compliant job site.

Excavation & Backfilling
Excavated the area beside the foundation for new entrance installation. Backfilled and compacted after concrete work to ensure long-term ground stability.Concrete Formwork & Placement
Constructed formwork for walls, stairs, and landing. Placed and finished concrete according to structural specs.Wall Opening & Framing
Coordinated concrete wall cutting and framed new exterior door opening with proper structural support.Door Installation
